Shipping & Returns
All our items are Handmade to Order. Please allow 3-5 days for production plus your requested delivery service time. If the item you ordered is Out of Stock, we will let you know as soon as possible and give a refund if you would like to cancel the order. If you would like your headpiece earlier, please indicate what day you would like to receive it or collect it on the comments.
Royal Mail Standard: 1 - 3 working days: £3.95
Royal Mail Special Delivery Tracked: Next Day: £7.50
Royal Mail Standard: 3 - 5 working days: £6.50
Royal Mail Tracked: 3 - 5 working days: £10.75
Royal Mail International Tracked: 5 - 7 working days: £16
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Returns & Exchanges
Every care has been taken to ensure our product descriptions, measurements and photographs accurately portray the accessories, however representations may vary depending on your specific browser and computer monitor. Please also remember that these accessories are lovingly handmade, making each item truly unique, and as such items may differ slightly from what is depicted on the site.
How do I return my order?
We hope you love your Belles & Whistles purchase but if you wish to return any items from your order, we are happy to offer you a full refund* if the item(s) is arranged to be returned to us in its original, unworn condition within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us to discuss your return in advance.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns for products that have been worn for hygiene purposes.
Please note that the return postage is at your (the customer’s) expense and we strongly recommend that when returning items you use a Signed For insured service (such as Recorded Delivery) as we cannot be held responsible for items which do not reach us.
Please ensure that that sufficient postage is paid for your return as we are unable to accept packages which do not carry the correct postage amount. This includes customs and duty charges for international orders returned to us.
This returns policy does not extend to custom items, unless the item arrives faulty, wherein a replacement will be supplied.
Refunds will be made for Item price as price paid at time of purchase.
My order hasn't shipped yet, can I change my mind?
To change or cancel your order please email us with your name, order number and details of the item(s) you'd like to change or cancel and we’ll let you know if this is possible. If items have already begun processing then the standard returns policy applies.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be processed within 14 working days of the return being received and refunds will be made to the original payment method. Please refer to your own banks’ policies for how long this will take to appear back into your account.
My item has arrived damaged, what do I do next?
All Belles & Whistles items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive to you in the safest way possible, however if your item is a little worse for wear after a tumble during delivery then please email us and we'll get back to you within 2 working days. Please note that items that have been deemed faulty by the customer will be examined by our team once they have been returned to us to ascertain whether or not they are unfit for purpose.
Belles & Whistles decision regarding the state of these items will be final and no further discussion will be entered into. For custom items that are deemed faulty on arrival, Belles & Whistles will aim to replace the items wherever possible.
